The answer is Microsoft.com Put in the search bar "essential security download" and download! This is a "OMG! My computer is healed" moment!
At last a remedy that works and you can schedule when to have your computer scanned for future up to date cleanings! You might have to uninstall any other downloaded virus programs you once thought would help. It's been my experience that the trojans are the hardest to remove and they cause so much destruction! Thanks for the link Michelle, during installation it advises me to uninstall all other antivirus software, I'm not sure I want to do that.
ReplyDeleteI only did because Microsoft is around forever and I trust this is the best anti virus program. I had googled for a virus remover and got more viruses so I removed that antisoftware. I'd leave the one that came with your computer. Great to be associated with you and thank you for your comment!
